Package Overhauls & New Regulations
- Package Restructuring: Cancellation of Package “D” and creation of three distinct, streamlined package categories.
- Mandatory Services: Transport and catering services are now compulsory across the entire duration of stay.
- Training Mandate: A formal training program is now required for all Hajj affairs office members before visas can be issued.
- Early Safety Planning: The General Directorate of Civil Defense has initiated safety inspections and operational evaluations.
Operational Timetable Deadlines
- August 14, 2026: Participating countries begin uploading pilgrim information onto the Nusuk Masar platform.
- July 29, 2026 – January 23, 2027: Contracting window for Makkah/Madinah accommodations, tents, and field services.
- July 15 – December 24, 2026: Financial transfers and wallet activations for Saudi-side services.
- January 28, 2027: Final deadline for closing the pilgrim data-upload window.
